You can expect to learn how to smoke fish, joint poultry and learn some pickling techniques.

In this demonstration we will be making;

- Smoked Mackerel Tonnato with Heritage Tomatoes, Basil and a Hens Egg

- A Salad of Hard Boiled Eggs with Mayonnaise, Harissa and Chorizo

- Grilled Duck Breast with a Salad of Oranges, Watercress and Radicchio

- Piquant Beetroot

- Rustic Roast Potatoes with Balsamic Butter

- Green Salad with Skye Gyngell's Dressing

- Alison Hendersons Baked Cheesecake

- Crab Apple or Bramley Apple Jelly and variations
